How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Assertr account and all associated data using one of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the Assertr app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll down to "Account"
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to delete@assertr.app with:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your account
• Your username (if known)

We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information
• All session history and recordings
• Progress, XP, levels, and badges
• Any saved preferences

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through your app store
• Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
